Our Hilton Head Vacation Rental Condo is Located in the private, gated Evian Complex of Shipyard, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

• Full Size Washer & Dryer
• 1st floor end unit, no stairs! 
• Easy 10-15 minute walk (.72 miles) from our front door to the beach!
• Walk, bike or drive to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining
• Located a short drive to Hilton Head Island Airport
• Three, 9 hole golf courses in Shipyard!
• Beautiful Grounds and bike/walk paths within Shipyard
• Pool season all year round, weather permitting. Pools are not heated
• 6 Lighted Tennis Courts on site
• Beach cart, beach wagon, umbrella and beach chairs provided (please bring your own beach towels)
• Check-in after 4pm, Check-out by 10am

Beach access:

• Getting to the Beach from the Evian Beach House is quick and easy.....you have 3 options:
• Walk....It's a leisurely 15 minute stroll (.72 miles) along shaded paths. You will find a beach cart and wagon, chairs and umbrella in the storage closet outside the front entrance.  
• Bike....The same path via bike takes only 5 minutes
• Drive....Drive to the Shipyard Beach Club and park in the Beach Parking lot.    
• Be sure to display your Beach Parking Pass during peak season (included with your parking pass, one pass per week)  

Parking at the Beach Club is limited during peak season. If the parking lot is full...drive a little further to Port o' Call. Park in the Port o' Call parking lot and take the free shuttle back to the Shipyard Beach Club Beach Access.

Relax and unwind after a long day of play in our spacious and Comfortable Master Bedroom with King bed, walk in closet, ample storage, large, flat screen tv, private entryway to the back deck. 

2nd bedroom is equally as comfortable with a Queen and Twin bed, ample closet/storage space, large, flat screen tv.

Our Tastefully Appointed Fully Equipped Kitchen Provides everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, or for entertaining your family!

Kitchen offers bar seating for 4, perfect space for dining and gaming!  

Dining area offers seating for 6.

Spacious, relaxing, comfortable, partial golf course view, outdoor covered deck overlooking lush yard and greenery.  

Shipyard is one of the more desirable vacation spots on the island, with beautiful landscaping and walking and biking paths. It is home to Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, three, 9 hole Heritage Golf Courses, Hilton Head Health and Wellness Resort, and the Brickyard Pub. Shipyard is a quick drive or bike ride to Coligny Plaza, Shelter Cove, and Sea Pines.

Best Beaches in the US, World Class Golf, Plenty of Shopping, Dining, Coffee shops and Ice Cream Parlors, Water sports, Pools, Tennis, Golf...all a quick walk, drive or bike ride away. Always clean, consistently updated, conscientious owners, what more do you need? Just book the Beach House!

Water activities: h20 Sports This is our “go to” company for water sports. So far we’ve done parasailing, kayaking, jet skis and the dolphin cruises. Still to do on our list, paddle boarding!

Vagabond Cruises  the last time we were on the island we did the Stars and Stripes sunset sail cruise. I cannot recommend this enough!!! 

Coastal Discover Museum at Honey Horn Great for little kids, but the grownups will like it too!

Speaking of little kids (and big kids too!), you won’t want to miss our local island favorites, Shannon Tanner and Gregg Russell. They have been performing free concerts and entertaining families on the island for over 3 generations!

Sea Pines Beach Club Check out the link for more information. Sea Pines Beach Club features Coast oceanfront dining (if you are looking for an upscale dinner with a spectacular view of the water), the beachfront bar and Surfside Market, and Ocean Lounge, all available to the public. The Sea Pines Beach Club is located at Beach Marker 38 if you are traveling down the beach by bike.

Favorite “dining with a view:” Coast Oceanfront Dining and Quarterdeck

Seafood… my husband’s seafood allergy keeps us out of these restaurants, but I’ve heard that Skull Creek Boathouse , Hudson’s Seafood on the Docks , Rockfish Seafood and Steaks, Fish Camp  ,Old Oyster Factory are the favs. 

Favorite Italian Family restaurant:  Guiseppi’s or Mangiamo's (mostly because of the OSU theme…)

Favorite Diner:  Hilton Head Diner 

Favorite cocktails/view:  Loggerhead Landing at the Marriott Grande Ocean (open to the public) and right on the beach access path. or Sea Pines Beach Club (mention above)
